Formed in 2023, Ventis Vocal Ensemble is an upper voice sextet of soloists from the Royal Northern College of Music. Inspired by the winds that carry music across cultures, they explore a wide range of traditional and contemporary folk music through a blend of harmonies and tones that transport audiences from country to country. Bringing trained classical voices into the folk genre, they bring a fresh approach to sharing the rich diversity of its cultural and musical heritage.
