Mario Bobotsov

Mario Bobotsov Piano

Bulgarian pianist Mario Bobotsov is a graduate of the National School of Music in Sofia. He has received numerous accolades, including prizes at the 2024 Birmingham International Piano Competition and the Donohoe Gold Medal Competition, and won the Beryl Chempin Beethoven Prize. He is also a recipient of the Yamaha Europe Music Foundation Scholarship and the Craxton Memorial Trust Award. Mario is an eight-time winner of the Lydia Kuteva Memorial Scholarship and a laureate of the Yordan Kamdzhalov Foundation. He is currently studying at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
