German-Japanese cellist Danjulo Ishizaka has already established a successful international career at the highest level both as a soloist and chamber musician. He has been awarded numerous prizes, and was recently honoured with the Prix Young Artist of the Year after the jury heralded his, ‘virtuosity, exceptional musicianship and artistic charisma’. He records for Sony Classical and has been awarded the ‘Echo Klassik’ by the Germany Phono Academy.
