Naoko Miyamoto is another of our eight successful audition candidates to be awarded a recital in the current Manchester Mid-day series. She has already established a successful career as a
soloist and chamber musician both in Australia and the UK. Her performance of Dvorak’s Romance for Violin and Orchestra with the Philharmonia Orchestra under the baton of Sir Charles Mackerras
was critically acclaimed. Naoko has also broadcast on BBC Radio 3’s ‘In Tune’ with the Regent Quartet.
